Pre-Design Services
During the initial phase of a project, we’ll work through things like project scheduling and budgets together, as well as measuring and/or modeling conditions, and initial code and/or zone ordinance requirements.
Feasibility Studies
As part of the Pre-Design and Design work, we’ll explore potential concepts for your building or site based on your unique goals to determine viability. Conceptual drawings can later be expanded during the Design phase.
Permitting Assistance Services
Depending on a project’s location, the state, city, or town may require approvals from entities like a Zoning Board, Historic District Commission, or Department of Environmental Management. We’ll aid in gathering the specific documentation.
Design Services
We’ll create tailored drawings of your project, taking them from initial concepts and ideas to detailed, schematic working drawings, which will then be used to start coordinating with other key project consultants.
Construction Documents
Here, the schematic working drawings will be developed into more detailed construction drawings that include specifics like elevations, sections, floor plans, specifications (also known as specs) and more.
Bidding and Negotiation
For certain projects, or if you don’t already have a contractor in place, we can provide a vetted list of contractors to consider, coordinate bid requirements, and review and summarize any bids received, organize interviews, and assist with final selection.
Construction Administration Services
During construction, we’ll be there to observe the construction, review submittals, attend Owner-Architect-Contrator (OAC) meetings, provide supplemental documentation, review and certify payment requisitions, and conduct final walk throughs.
Additional Design Services
We will assist in generating marketing materials such as exterior or interior renderings of the project, and marketing floor plans. We also provide condominium drawings.
