Lakeview ADU

 A unique ADU that overlooks beautiful marshlands, that had a challenge of being limited to only 16ft in height from average grade and a high watertable.  The interior has a vaulted living, dining and kitchen space with a large sliding glass door and windows facing the marshland.  The bedroom being the farthest space from the street helping to minimize noise disturbances while also having a window towards the marshland. 

This ADU features a basement with internal stair access towards the street, providing space for the mechanical systems and additional storage, while remaining out of the watertable.  The raised deck echoes the main house deck allowing the clients to enjoy their view outside incorporating glass guard rails to maintain as much of the view as possible.
