Making the most of a home’s under-utilized space.

To maximize their summer vacation home, the client wanted to convert a section of their three-car garage into accommodations to host additional family and friends. The project involved converting one garage bay into a sports-themed lounge connected to the existing outdoor patio and adding a one-bedroom suite to the second floor of the existing structure, complete with a Juliet balcony overlooking the patio.
