Every project requires a balance between vision, lifestyle, and practical considerations. For this custom residence, the site shaped the design from the start—challenging the team to rethink traditional layouts and maximize space.

The result is a home that brings together distinct living spaces, dramatic architectural features, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. From an open-concept gathering space oriented toward scenic views to a private office retreat designed around remote work, every element reflects the homeowners’ priorities.
